Mental Elf - Conwy Mind

Mental Elf is a 5k Family Fun Run that Conwy Mind will be bringing to you this Christmas! It will be all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds so we can support those who are struggling with their mental health. Mental Elf will take place at midday at Stadiwm CSM in Colwyn Bay, the route will take you around the track, down to the promenade and back up to the track for our festive finish! You can choose to walk or run our 5km route and dogs are definitely most welcome! As well as the fun run you can also enjoy live entertainment prior to the run from the incredible North Wales Rock Choir! The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams. Thanks to our headline sponsor Jennings Building & Civil Engineering all the money raised at Mental Elf will go direct to Conwy Mind! Meaning every ticket bought and every donation you raise will go straight back to help those affected by mental health in your local community.
