Mental Elf Festive Fundraiser | 5K Run

We’re all about Mental Elf here at Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, and pleased to announce our Mental Elf Festive Fun Run. We’ll be spreading some Christmas magic and moving for mental health at Exhibition Park, located in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne in December and invite you to join us! The Mental Elf Festive Fundraiser is all about bringing together local people for a day filled with merriment, laughter, and community spirit. A chance for families, friends, and neighbours to connect, share, and contribute to a positive cause. What will the day bring… For the big event we’ll be hosting TWO Christmas courses for you to choose from: 1 mile walking route, 5km running trail. Both of which will set you off around the gorgeous grounds of Exhibition Park. Courses can be walked, skipped, ran or danced through. But we encourage you to choose the one that best fits your ability. And guess what? Furry friends (dogs) are welcome too- as long as they’re kept on a lead and on their best behaviour! The Mental Elf Festive Fundraiser is for everyone, including kids big and small (under 4’s go free with a stroller or carrier). We encourage group participation. Whether it’s with family, friends or work colleagues. The more the merrier we say!
