Metro Aberdeen RC are once again organising the Metro Aberdeen Proms 3k on the beach promenade.

This winter series is on the first Friday of the month from October to March. Starting on the upper prom just north from the Beach Leisure Centre the race first heads south on the upper prom until the turn at Footdee(Fittie to us locals) where the course drops onto the lower prom and heads north all the way finish just north of the Beach Leisure Centre. It is a fast and flat course but can be affected by wind!
