Event overview

This three-day event commences in East Grinstead on the 2nd of May with a 10-mile race, followed by the Haywards Heath 10-mile on the 3rd of May and finishing in Burgess Hill on the 4th of May with a 10K. Combined, these races make up the Mid Sussex Marathon.

Participants can once again challenge themselves to complete an individual town race, or complete the full marathon distance over three days. The Mid Sussex Mile race is a chip timed event for everyone 7 and over. For younger participants and new runners, we have the Mid Sussex Fun Run which is family friendly and ideal for all ages, fancy dress is welcome!
