Event overview

4 consecutive laps count towards your 100 Marathon Club total, only once during the event. Fantastic facilities including: individual showers and toilets, large marquees to relax, Tee-pee tents for hire and lots of things to do between laps including games. A real festival atmosphere. MK24 Midsummer RunFest is a unique 24-hour running and community festival organised by Redway Runners, an award-winning community running club based in Milton Keynes. Now heading into its 7th year in 2026, MK24 has become the club’s largest annual fundraising event, raising vital funds each year for Redway Runners’ chosen Charity of the Year. Guided by the simple motto “Run it your way”, MK24 is proudly inclusive — you don’t have to run continuously (or even at all) to be part of it. Participants are welcome to take part as a junior, adult or as part of a team, including corporate teams, with entries welcomed from across the UK and beyond.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
