This is the perfect event for stepping up from 10k or chasing that elusive PB. The course is mostly flat along the promenade with stunning views across the bay to the Lake District. There is a hill and undulating section from miles 8 - 12. Medal & t-shirt to all finishers. Prizes: first 3 male & first 3 female finishers. First vet in each category (depending on entry)
