Regent's Park is the perfect setting for a fast, flat and traffic-free Sunday morning London 10K.
The flat course covers an accurately measured 10K route within the park and attracts runners of all abilities. Beginners are most welcome.
The race is chip-timed and mostly flat with slight undulation. The race start and finish are both on the Broad Walk close to the espresso bar. It is fully marshaled with kilometre markers, water station and a baggage area.

A great experience for those wanting to turn up and give the 10k run a go. For those at the front it felt pretty congested for the first 500 meters but after that it was great. I love being able to turn up and register on the morning. Oliver R

It was my first time racing abroad and also my first 10k. I really enjoyed the morning run in Regency Park. The course was unique and the park looked really beautiful in that sunny autumn day. Great race! John M

This well organised race in Regent’s Park benefits from the fact that it has access to The Hub. As someone who travelled a fair distance to the event, it was great being able to have changing and shower facilities. The race is the same route as several 10k races that I have taken part in at the same venue but it is a tried and tested one that takes you past London Zoo. A good quality medal was given to all race finishers. Bananas and homemade flapjacks were on offer post race. William A
The Regent's Park route is incredibly flat and totally PB'ble. It is very well organised and the marshals & team are very welcoming. It's all on tarmac with only one tricky hairpin to navigate so you will have a good time! Matt C
