The Muddy Woody 6 is a challenging 6 mile trail race through Haugh Woods, Herefordshire. With a total elevation of approximately 1000ft, MW6 is known for its tough climbs and technical descents. Not to mention the water crossing and the inevitable mud! Chip Timed. Course well marked and marshalled. Free technical t-shirt for all runners. First aid cover. Prizes in many categories. Refreshments for all runners after the race.
