Event overview

Set along the wide, flat tarmac paths of Gypsy Brae Recreation Ground and the Silverknowes Promenade, this event is suitable for runners of all abilities - from little legs to seasoned racers. Choose your distance: a 5K or 10K challenge, or bring the kids along for the 1K Fun Run. Every participant crosses the finish line with a medal. Post-run snacks and drinks provide the perfect opportunity to relax, catch up with friends, and snap a selfie with Scott Hastings! Last year, together we raised £1K for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation and £500 for Cramond Primary School’s playground refurbishment - let’s see if we can do even better this year!

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
