Starting and Finishing in the Games Arena. The course takes you along the sea front and out past the Dunbar Golf course. Before returning back to Nairn. It takes place on Open mostly single track roads. While these are quiet roads under Scottish athletics license In ear and over ear headphones are not allowed as you must be able to hear traffic and give way to traffic.
