Event overview

All three courses will start and finish in a vibrant atmosphere at the centre of the idyllic market town. The race will start and finish in a vibrant atmosphere at the centre of the idyllic market town. There is a gentle climb for the first 3km, followed by a short descent and the rest of the course is flat. Approximately 7km of the course is on the road, with the remainder taking place on footpaths in beautiful surrounding countryside and along the tow path of the Kennet and Avon Canal, which passes directly through the town centre. Recent improvements have been made to remove some of the more narrow and uneven paths from the course, and the route is expected to be unchanged from last year. There will be two pre-event fun runs for under 15s which take place on closed roads in the town centre β€’ enter your children early to avoid disappointment as places are strictly limited. All fun run finishers will get a medal. The courses are unchanged from previous years.
