Who can MoRun
Absolutely everyone!
Mums, Dads, brothers, sisters, kids, grandparents and even your dog!
MoRunning is all about inclusivity, so whether you are just starting out, a seasoned runner, young or old, you can be a MoRunner.
Without a doubt, MoSistas make up around half of all runners! Females are essential to making MoRunning a success, getting the MoBros running and helping raise awareness.
Warm-up
There will be some funky tunes played and the team will get you warmed up and ready to run!
Crazy costumes
Without a doubt MoRunners bring good fun, great vibes, loads of laughs and incredible costumes.
The crowds love it, we love it and there's a load of amazing MoMedals to hand out.
If you want to be in the fancy dress showdown make sure you line up between the fancy dress flags by 9.15am. There will also be spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners when they cross the finish line.
MoRun Awards
There are prizes for:
- Craziest costune
- Fastest Mo
- Fastest MoRunners
- Spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners
Whether you are in it for the prizes or not, you will get a load of MoLove just being part of the MoRunning family.
Teams

For the 5K, some walking is allowed however, due to time constraints, the 10K and half marathon events must be predominantly running/jogging.

This was my first 10K event and I loved it. The energy, atmosphere and overall organisation was superb and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an opportunity to challenge themselves, from all levels! It supports a great cause as well, so it was nice to see the tashes! Manesha S
A great event and my first. Shame there weren't many vendors for spectators to have something to do apart from the coffee shop. Friendliness and commentators were fantastic and made my moment of crossing that finishing line after a punishing 10km so much more special with having my name called out, a round of applause and the girls with the medals smiling and telling me well done. Overall, it was fantastic, something I'll never forget. Thank you for making memories and all for a great cause. Al H
A great event. Everyone was happy and helpful. I never had to ask any questions as the event was explained several times. The medal and sweatband are different to other events which was great. Only thing I would change was that my medal stated which race I participated in. Would happily recommend to friends and family and would do it again next year. Chris P
The finishers bling is great quality, chunky and unique! I even got a special Legends Medal for my Stormtrooper costume, Double Bling! Fancy dress costumes are optional but many people/groups make a great effort with them. So for a great run, for either quick club runners or someone dressed as a dinosaur and all for a great cause (Movember) give it a go! Peter M
I've run this event twice and both times have been fairly good, well organised but most importantly, fun! Overall, a tidy and fun even to be a part of. Running with friends is a great way to enjoy it more, the double bling (race participation & costume prize) was an added bonus. The marshals, support and the rest of the Mo Run team were fantastic.
