By ferry

There is a ferry from Plymouth, which will take you to Cremyll and Torpoint. But please note that the last ferry from Stonehouse to Cremyll leaves at 7.15pm. Thereafter you’ll have to take the Torpoint/Devonport ferry in either direction or arrange a Lift-share if you aren’t driving yourself.

Parking

Parking (for 50 to 100 cars) would include all or some of the following: Cremyll Car Park, Barrow Centre Car Park and Dry Walk Car Park, pay and display. Taking cars to Cremyll is discouraged and people are instead encouraged to come by foot on the ferry, so parking will not be an issue. Car park for up to 40 cars at the Edgcumbe Arms plus overspill in car park next door.

Great event…. Quite dark, but that’s what I went for! Loved every minute!! Rebecca S

This was my first night time running event and naturally I was a bit anxious beforehand. All that anxiety disappeared however on arrival. The Wild Running team were friendly, welcoming and helpful. From race registration, pre-race brief, start and the finish, I felt safe. The course marking was excellent & marshalls positioned at crucial points wgere runners could easily get lost. The marshalls were positive, encouraging and supportive. I loved the whole experience and will definitely look at doing this event again! Congratulations to the Wild Running team on an excellent event. Karen E

Another really lovely event from the Wild Running stable. Out and back for the Ultra gives an interesting dynamic to the mind games that length of run generates. Mount Edgucumbe brilliant for family great gardens etc. Only observation felt a bit lost in woods at the end but then my mind had gone doo-lally. Bring on the next one. Rupert Z

What a great event. Stunning location. Hard running but easy navigation. A classic wild running event. Oh and what value for money. Liam

Lovely out and back route from Mount Edgcumbe to Rame Head. Nicely hilly and challenging with lots of friendly walkers to encourage you along the route. Aid stations manned by runners who know exactly what you need. Jackie D

Really enjoyed this one, Such a stunning place for a run! And May is a perfect time of the year for it too. It’s very well organised, well marshalled, good signage and such a great location! I will be back next year for sure! Tryst W

This has been my favourite run this year so far good interesting route. Filled with Natural beauty, History and pretty villages. I will definitely do this again. Jeffrey C

Loving the fact that medals are optional and that when you do opt for one, they are made of wood. Super friendly and welcoming event, celebrating everyone's achievements and set in beautiful areas. :) Melanie B

A great event on a challenging and stunning part of the SW coast path. Very friendly organisers and marshals. Matthew O

Absolutely beautiful surroundings- one of the most enjoyable half marathons I've ever run. Ben G
