Event overview

LEISURE RIDES ( 20kms and 30kms) - One of the highlights of our event are two leisure rides of 20kms and 30kms which offers FREE entry to five amazing local attractions ( Claydon House, Claydon Estate, Hogshaw Farm and Wildlife Park, Quainton Windmill and the Bucks Railway Centre). You are free to choose how many you want to visit and how long you want to stop off between 10am and 3pm. All entrants get a beautiful shiny medal for completing their chosen route. There are water stations and marshalls at each attraction and also cafes serving a wide range of food and drinks. SPORTIVES ( 60kms, 100kms and 100 miles) - These offer challenges for the more experienced riders and this year we have introduced a major exciting change to our 100 miles route which will now go north and circle Buckingham with a refreshment station at Silverstone. The routes are stunning as they pass through historical villages and two testing hill climbs at Brill and Cublington. As ever we will have a major refreshment station on the Green at Quainton nestled below the Windmill.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
