Event overview

A summertime hotspot for both locals and visitors – Porthcawl is renowned for shining under the sun. The race takes place on closed-roads, taking in a number of landmarks and stunning seaside spots including Rest Bay, Trecco Bay, Coney Bay, the picturesque town centre, historic Grand Pavillion and the iconic Porthcawl Lighthouse. A host of other sporting activities for families and children will also be included in the day’s action – including an electrifying Fun Run, Toddler Dash and competitive Future Challengers race, giving budding athletes a chance to take their first footsteps into running.
