Event overview

Dogs are welcome too so it's a great way to spend a Sunday morning! Entry fees and all additional money that you raise will help us to provide fitness activities and emotional wellbeing support with our active recovery groups and choirs. All finishing race participants will receive a medal. This event is open to walkers and runners, but we ask that if you are planning to walk the 10K route that you are able to do so in two hours or under. You are welcome to bring buggies along but please be aware that this is a trail route and the terrain might be tricky to navigate with a buggy, especially if wet. There will be marshals along the way to help keep you on track. This is a trail run, there are rabbit holes, brambles, nettles, low tree branches, tree roots and mud on the route so be prepared for a little nature along the way! There are water stations on the route.

This event is part of OutRunCancer Angmering.

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
