Since the First World War, Blesma has been providing help and support to serving and ex-Sevice personnel who have lost limbs or use of limbs to enable them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
They rely on funds raised by supporters; £10 could help fund the cost of getting a limbless veteran to a limb fitting centre or £100 can help pay for house adaptations to aid independent living.
