Pen Y Fan Challenge | 13 Mile

Included in the price is a free buff, medal, chip timing, national trust contribution fee, signed posted and marshalled route, as well as water and sweets provided at the end of the 5 miler and at one of the check points for the 13 miles. You’ll need the following compulsory kit on the day: 5 miles Mobile phone, hydration (min 500ml), foil blanket or a Bivi Bag, snacks, basic 1st aid kit, whistle and a windproof jacket. 13 miles Mobile phone hydration (min 2 litres) Foil blanket or Bivi Bag, Snacks, Basic 1st aid kit, whistle, waterproof jacket and trousers, hat/buff and gloves.
