Penrose Woods Races | 20K

Stunning loop of Loe Pool route through National Trust Penrose Estate - both races! Flat* 10k route for a fast race or one that is perfect for beginners (*for Cornwall this is very flat!) Freedom Racing multi-functional headwear race memento! The 'Penrose Loop' is a well known and loved route to run or walk, and makes for a perfect race! This loop is an approximately 10k route on the Trail around the Loe Pool, Cornwalls largest natural freshwater lake. The 20k route follows the 10k route to the coast at Loe Bar, then splits off and goes inland to join some nice country lanes and head south to Church Cove where you join the South West Coastpath and head back to the Loe Bar to re-join the rest of the 10k loop.
