Pontypool 10K Home Run | 2K Family Fun Run

An excellent benchmark event for the year, whether you’re a seasoned athlete , just getting back into running or a total newbie! An ideal event to train for in the run up and over the festive period. A chip timed event with a warm welcome from all involved. The annual 2k Family Fun Run takes place just after the start of the 10km race and showcases some of Pontypool park's best features including; the bandstand, the pond, the clock, the orchard and the maze. Pushchairs are allowed so the whole family can join in. (Please note that children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout the run) All entrants will receive a medal!
