Get involved in this event at the Quayside 5k & Junior Quayside 3k, this year with an added U11 race. This event is a 2 race program hosted in partnership with Gateshead Harriers & AC & Wallsend Harriers. Quayside U11 Race (approx. 1km). Junior Quayside 3k (for U13, U15 & U17 athletes). Quayside 5k Terry O’Gara A-Race (Sub 20min). Quayside 5k B-Race. We welcome all runners to our event from beginners in their first race, to local international runners and we are committed to helping all runners at all levels to achieve a PB with the help of our PB Pacers who will run at a set pace from 20mins to 50mins. The A race will be run in partnership with Wallsend Harriers acting as the Terry O’Gara Memorial 5k Road Race, this will revive the historic North East race that otherwise would have been cancelled, RunThrough are committed to working with the local clubs to support grass roots sport & maintain tradition.
