Event overview

It’s easily accessible from London and the surrounding areas by both road and rail. We’ve put together 3 spectacular routes that we feel will suit most levels. With the buzz of the crowd and being part of something bigger than your usual group ride, this organised bike event will allow you to push the boundaries of your usual comfort zones, knowing you’ll be supported both in the well stocked feed stops and in your mechanical needs. With the Tour de France in its final stages, you’ll certainly be fired up and raring to get on your bike! A shame there may not be a GB rider topping the podium this year.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
