The 2024 medal is designed and is a fantastic tribute to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. This is a 6hr 32min Time Challenge event with a 2 minute race pause. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7hr time limit which starts from the official event start time. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available.
