Come and join the day of running and aim to complete a 5K at your own pace on an out-and-back route along an old railway line (quite flat) then receive a Rhino medal and goody bag at the finish!

This run is to celebrate awareness of Save the Rhino and the effort that Chris Green (AKA Rhino Boy Chris) puts into raising awareness of the cause. Some of the proceeds of the run will go towards Chris's cause.

How it works
- Once registered, you'll start running at 8.30am
- The course is 3.28 miles per lap
- There's a 5K turnaround point (the 10K is 2 laps of the 5K lap)
- Complete 4 laps of the 4.37-mile course for a half marathon
- Complete 8 laps for a full marathon
- Complete 9 or more for an ultra marathon!
- There's a fuel station at the end of each lap - which means you carry less
- You can start your last lap up until 5:59:59 hrs.
- The course is on an old railway line on a tarmac path
- It's out-and-back with no navigation - so simple and sociable
- Toilets and parking are nearby
- When you finish, you'll get a bespoke medal and a goody bag
- Support Save the Rhino with your running
