Annual 5K and 5 Mile community races taking place on Easter Monday in support of local charities and the wider community.

The 5 mile run begins in the rock village and ends at the rock community hub and the 5K run begins and ends at the rock community hub. Walk, run or crawl, do you have what it takes? The run was first started by the Rock ladies in 2019 to raise funds and to support charities that have helped members in our community. Since then the Rock Community Hub ('Friends of Rock') has taken over the run and transformed the whole structure of the run while rebranding it as Rock5.
