Event overview
Not just any motorway service station — we’re based at Skelton Lake Services (M1 J45), one of the UK’s most environmentally friendly service stations. It’s greener than green and even features a rooftop bird hide,a must-visit for any birdwatcher before or after your run. All facilities within the services are available to runners, making this one of the most convenient and accessible trail races in Yorkshire. A Stunning Mixed-Terrain Trail Course. This is one of our favourite courses — and for good reason. You’ll experience a true mixed-terrain adventure, including: Woodland trails. Riverside paths. Open grass sections. Hard-packed trail. Scenic countryside views. Whether you're chasing a PB, enjoying a steady trail run, or walking your first longer distance, our generous 6.5-hour cut-off time makes this event welcoming for all abilities. Fully Supported & Friendly Atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating supportive, social trail events.
