The event, which started in 2012, raises money for the Teenage Cancer Trust and is a popular community event. Participants range from age 2 to 82, with many families running together. Each runner receives a t-shirt before the event and a medal upon finishing. The course is 5 kilometers long, undulating, and consists of 2 laps.
