10k trail race on a mix of surfaces but ideal for all abilities - just finish before the sun goes down! Set in the picturesque Derwenthaugh Country Park, Gateshead; The 10k run is on paved footpaths and tracks in the park and is mostly flat, making it suitable for all abilities. The 10k takes in 2 loops of the park, starting and finishing near the Swalwell visitor centre with parking available.
