Run Nation's Coquet 5k is a beautiful course situated on the roads up and down the Coquet Valley, starting and finishing at the Riverside Park.

The relativley flat nature of the run, along the riverside path, means that this race is a great way to begin running for those who may not yet be ready to step into a 10k (open to all aged 11yrs +). Chip timing will be used on this accurately measured route. All finishers will receive a bespoke medal and an optional race T-shirt available at an extra cost.
