Run Prestwood is a road race that has taken place in the village of Prestwood since 1993. The event started as a 10K race in association with a local leisure centre and has gone on to now include a 5K

There are two routes through the beautiful village of Prestwood.
5K or 10K. Both start from Prestwood Gym and Fitness Centre (previously known as Sprinters Leisure Centre) and are mainly road races. The 10K is chip timed, the 5k is not timed.
There's also a children’s 2K race on the day, this will also take place at Prestwood Gym and Fitness Centre.
All profits from the race go to the Chilterns Neuro Centre, a local therapy and support centre for people living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s and stroke survivors.
This event is part of Run Prestwood.
