Absolutely all abilities of runners / walkers can take part in our events each lap is 5.28k out and back, of our scenic route on an old disused train line. This event will have a 8 hour cut off for you to enjoy as many laps as you would like. 1 lap is 5.28k so 4 laps will give you a half marathon, 8 laps will give you full marathon distance, 9 or more laps for an Ultra. The route is accurately measured and is classified as Road. 4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
