Event overview

Set within the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this women’s only event is going to be a true landmark in RunThrough’s 2024 calendar! RunThrough is on a mission to inspire an active through running and together with StoneX we will be creating an inspiring, safe and fun environment for women to run together. No matter your running ability, your age or where you are from this is an opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate women’s running! As always with a RunThrough event each kilometer will be accurately marked out and there will be plenty of signs and marshals around the course to keep you going all the way to the finish!

This event is part of RunThrough Women’s 5 & 10k at the Olympic Park powered by StoneX.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
