Event overview

The Rushmoor Wellesley 10K is a fantastic, flat, trail race, using the award winning Wellesley Woodlands and Basingstoke canal towpath.

The course is mostly on well-maintained paths, but with a short, challenging section in the woodlands. Through the woodlands, the paths wind in and out between mature trees. Along the canal you can enjoy nature and see some very unique military bridges.

This year will once again see 5K option, which also starts on the Polo Fields. Both races are chip timed and finish in the Athletics Stadium.

There is also a 2K Fun Run; a free event aimed at providing everyone with a chance to get involved with the Rushmoor Wellesley 10K. This event is completely free and takes place on the traffic-free Polo fields.
