The run starts and finishes outside the Tate Modern on the south bank of the Thames. Taking in some of the world-famous sights of London, runners will pass Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, crossing Southwark Bridge, with superb views of St Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge and the Millennium Bridge.

I could hardly stop laughing as I changed into the provided Santa suit - the Square was full of Santa’s. When else would you see a Starbucks full of Santa’s. Great fun. Well organised and taking in some beautiful sights in the City, many illuminated - was a memorable run. I’d do it again for sure. | James

Well what can you say about a group of Santas running through the city? It was a casual, fun run, loved running over the Millenium Bridge and passing many confused people on South Bank. I did get lost at one point, this isn't a fancy race but just a fun run with good holiday cheer. | Melissa

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
