This event is part of the It's Grim Up North calendar of runs, offering a range of distances and levels of difficulty so there is something for everyone.
Famous for its low-key approach, all runners will be greeted with a warm smile and friendly chat.
The aim is to get you out running, help you enjoy the beautiful countryside with great camaraderie and for you to experience the sense of well-being you get when you cross that finish line.
Having completed your race the type of goodies everyone wants will await!
You'll be shown that the North is anything but Grim.

The route is an out and back route along open roads. The course is hilly.
Traffic
Please give way to any vehicle on the route however the event takes place on quiet back roads so this should be minimal.
Support
There will be water/feed stations along the route every 3/4 miles. Marshals will be placed along the route at the turnaround points and on the water/feed stations.

Parking is not available at the swimming pool but there is plenty of paid and free parking within Settle and Giggleswick. Please do not park on the bridge.
