Teams consist of 4 competitors representing Running or Athletic clubs, groups of friends, work colleagues, family, other sporting clubs and shops. Everyone will get a medal for taking part. Prizes will be awarded to each member of the winning team in each category. Trophy – fastest Male and Female. Medals for All finishers.
