Event overview

Brace yourself for the mother of all obstacle courses, with river crossings, head dunks, climbs and crawls, water slides, tunnels, tyre pits – you name it, the Mud Run has it in store for you! With over 20 obstacles, there is the option to complete the Run in 5k or 10k distances. This is an untimed event so go at your own pace – complete it as a team, with friends and family* or as fast as you can. No matter how long it takes, you can congratulate yourself for a fantastic achievement as you cross the finish line (and then treat yourself to a bath afterwards – trust us, you’ll need it!). Run for fun, for a challenge, or to raise money for a charity – whatever your reason for running, we can’t wait to have you with us on the day.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
