Take on a unique 7K trail run set within the private grounds of Trenchmore Farm, near Cowfold in West Sussex. This off-road route winds through rolling farmland, woodland and open fields, offering a refreshing escape into the countryside.

This event delivers a relaxed and friendly race-day atmosphere, welcoming runners of all abilities to enjoy a well-marked course and a memorable rural running experience.

On the day

The 3Bros will be serving wagyu or veggie burgers in the yard for after the run, and DJ Danny will be bringing the vibes. Fancy dress encouraged. Dogs permitted if temperatures are cool enough. Each runner will receive a drink after the run, included in their ticket.

Not a runner? No problem. Everyone’s welcome to come along, soak up the atmosphere, enjoy the music and grab food and drink on the day.

Overview

The run starts in the farmyard, initially taking in our picturesque Silly Moo orchard. It then weaves around several fields, through scenic woodland and over farm tracks. As well as cows grazing, you'll likely spot various birdlife along the way and maybe even see a deer or two, before finishing your run back in the farmyard.

On foot

The farm is a 30-minute walk from Cowfold Village across fields. Do not walk along the A272 as there is no footpath.

By bus

The number 17 bus travels between Brighton and Horsham and has a stop in Cowfold Village. 

By rail

The nearest train stations are Horsham and Haywards Heath, and are both a 20-minute drive away.
