Event overview
If you like beautiful races in beautiful places, like fun, like medals and like goodies then this event is for you.
You'll enjoy a bespoke medal and lots of goodies at the finish line.

This event is part of the It's Grim Up North calendar of runs, offering a range of distances and levels of difficulty so there is something for everyone.
Famous for its low-key approach, all runners will be greeted with a warm smile and friendly chat.
The aim is to get you out running, help you enjoy the beautiful countryside with great camaraderie and for you to experience the sense of well-being you get when you cross that finish line.
You'll be shown that the North is anything but Grim.
Enjoy a trip up the Leeds and Liverpool Canal this Autumn with the Sir Titus Summer Trot. With distances ranging from 5k to Ultra, all along the flat, even towpath, this event is perfect for runners of all abilities, from novices to Ultra PB chasers!
A popular event and a return to the Leeds Liverpool canal this time in the lovely Saltaire. The tow path on this event is great underfoot so this flat outback is maybe the one that allows you to push yourself to the next distance. For this chip timed event all you have to do is choose one of the distances available.

This was my first race post-lockdown and I couldn't have been more impressed with the detailed organisation to keep everyone safe. This was also my first run along the Leeds Liverpool Canal. Beautiful route with Bingley locks adding a 'nice' little challenge. The goody bag, medal, homemade cake and friendly welcome were up to the usual high standard I have come to expect from the IGUN team. Brilliant all round! Juliet C
This was my first event with Grim up north and my first half marathon, I thought it was well organised and completely safe given the current situation. Thank you for a great time. Kaie G
