Slaley Hall & Forest Half Marathon & 10K | Half Marathon

Wild Deer Events trail runs are perfect for all abilities so whether it's your first 10km or half marathon trail run, or your training for a longer distance, this is one for you! Slaley Hall lies south of Hexham, perched on the cusp of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is nestled within 1,000 acres of surrounding woodland and is a perfect location for our 10k and half marathon routes. The half marathon will take in 7 miles around the majestic and tranquil Slaley Forest and the 10k route will be one big lap of the beautiful Slaley Hall grounds. This event is Canicross friendly and we allow one controlled dog per runner. There will be Live Chip-Timing through Timing Up North. All finishers will get a Medal and a Wild Deer Merch as well as a bacon sandwich (or alternative) and a hot drink in the hotel. The hotel bar will be open afterwards for additional refreshments. There is the option to purchase an Event T-Shirt for £10 when you sign up. There is free parking at the event. We would love to see you there again!
