Event overview

Runners can now choose to take on 5k, 10k, 10 miler. There will also be a mini miler so the kids can get in on the action too! The race takes place at Sherwood Pines, Nottingham. There will be a mass group warm up before you take to the starting line. Each distance will set off separately and runners will be called to the start line by an official MC. Runners will take on the rugged terrain of this hidden forest. With a variety of long downhills and straight runs, you’ll get into a strong constant tempo that will push you to the finish line. The courses are signposted and well marshalled and cover stunning views of the forest. As this is a trail run, runners can potentially expect mixed terrain, hills, loose surfaces and exposed tree roots – all adding to the thrill of the chase. You can collect your race pack including race number and timing chip at the registration tent set within the charity village. Please note the mini miler will not be chip timed. For completing the course, runners will recieve a tshirt, a medal, and a goodie bag!
