Event overview

A fantastic ‘South West’ summer challenge taking in the first Minehead section of the famous 630-mile Coastal Path, with an extensive ‘basecamp’ in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle.

The 50km loop heads over Exmoor with ups, downs and some magnificent views. You’ll get full support all the way, and with 25km options also, plus a family-friendly 10K event, along with weekend camping packages and festival-style hospitality at basecamp – there’s a summer South West Coast Ultra Challenge for everyone!

The Ultra Challenge Experience

This endurance event is for a wide range of fitness and ages. Choose your distance and do it at your pace. The support enables you to go further, whilst enjoying the great outdoors and camaraderie.

There are marquee rest stops, plenty of food and drink, medical and massage teams, and a fully signed route with GPS tracking to guide you. A big finish-line celebration awaits with an amazing sense of achievement, and once the aches subside, you’ll feel energised and up for more of life’s challenges!

The South West Coast Ultra Challenge is fun, safe, and rewarding, with full support all the way, enabling you to push yourself further in stunning scenery. With pre and post challenge camping options, and basecamps with plenty of parking and shuttle bus transfers, it will be a weekend by the coast not to miss!

Overview
