Overview

A Staffordshire route worth riding.

Starting from Hanbury, the Spring Forward route takes in some of Staffordshire’s quieter country lanes. Expect rolling terrain, scenic lanes, and a route that keeps things interesting without being intimidating.

At around 100km, it’s a distance that challenges you while remaining achievable for riders who’ve been keeping up winter training or are stepping up to their first long ride of the year. Spring Forward gives cyclists the chance to explore Staffordshire in a fresh way, discovering hidden gems along the way rather than sticking to the usual popular routes.

While lots of rides take the well-known routes in this part of the world, I love finding quieter lanes, rolling hills, and hidden gems to create an exciting, fresh route. We've got a few new roads to reveal next spring - it's set to be a great day on the bike. Paul R, Route Planner

Everything is designed so riders can focus on the roads, scenery, and riding with a great community.
