As summer approaches, it’s time to look ahead to warmer water, longer days and sea kayaking adventures. This weekend brings great people together in a spectacular setting to start the season right.

The Dorset coast is a true sea kayaking hotspot, offering miles of stunning, varied coastline to explore — with the chance, conditions allowing, to paddle as far as the Isle of Wight.

What this weekend is about

Created with our friends at Active Paddling Dorset, this event mirrors the ethos of our much-loved Summer Sigh weekend. It’s about shared adventure, good decision-making at sea and paddling in a supportive, community-focused environment.

You’ll paddle in small groups, led by experienced local guides who know the coastline inside out. The focus is on working together, learning from each other and enjoying meaningful time on the water.

Evenings, community and campfire

Each day finishes back at camp, gathering around the fire for food, stories and planning the next day’s adventures — usually accompanied by local ale or cider.
