Event overview

You can choose from four routes covering 3, 5, 8 or 11 miles, so there's a walk suitable for everyone. And you can start at anytime after 8.00am. Whichever distance you choose, every penny you raise through sponsorship will help us make a difference to people at end of life in south east London and their families. There's no minimum sponsorship but, if you raise £10 or more, you'll get a free Fun Walk T-Shirt. Dogs are welcome on the day (you can even sponsor your four-legged friend if you want!) and there'll be plenty to see and do, including entertainment provided by the BRIT school, fabulous food and drink and much more. It's going to be a day of community, celebration and a few laughs along the way; so bring your friends, family and doggies along and make it a day to remember!

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
