The Series decider on a summer’s evening in June where the run will take you around the famous polo fields of Cowdray known as Lawns and out to Ambersham Common.

Following the run there will be a presentation of prizes for the overall series winners, as well as a BBQ and bar to celebrate the end of the series. Runners will have the choice of taking on either a 10km, 5km or a dog-friendly canicross course across the stunning grounds of Cowdray Estate and the South Downs National Park. Cowdray and Raw Running Ltd continue with our “Run the Seasons” Trail events giving runners an opportunity to explore our country Estate in West Sussex in each season. Runners can choose either 10km or 10mile route with canicross options. Why not enter the 10km run series for a chance to be crowned male or female series winners and be presented with a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café. Overall winners will be decided on a points system based on their finishing position with their top three results counting towards the series if they run all four 10km races.
