I’m not sure, is this event for me?

If you can confidently swim 50m and are happy being in open water then this is the event is for you. Kayaking is a super inclusive activity and we’re all a friendly bunch. If you’re not sure which adventures to go on, get in touch and we’ll help you out.

Do I need to have my own boat?

Yes you do – unfortunately we are unable to arrange hire of any equipment for this weekend.

Can non-paddling family and friends come?

Sure thing, there is lots to do nearby – but we’d love it if they joined in even if it was just in the beach clean on Sunday morning. The cost would be £20 per person for camping only.

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
