Event overview

Though starting at over 1300ft above sea level and finishing at sea level - do not expect an easy course! In fact - you'll get through over 2450ft of ascent. A generous cut off of 5hrs (2hrs 20mins at 11km) means that it is an event accessible to runners, but also fit walkers.

There shall be 2 feed stations along the way of this hilly course and the National Trail is extremely well marked. Registration shall take place at the finish point - the Prestatyn Nova Centre, and a bus can take all competitors to Bodfari before a 'warm up walk' of around 45 minutes takes the group to the top and a quite unique start line!

The event shall be electronically timed for quick results and entry includes a complimentary hot drink at the cafe at the finish.

It promises to be a great day on a beautiful route, so come and join in!
