SWYD Aquathlon

The SWYD Aqua is a one lap fully supported 750m open water swim followed by a flat and fast 5km run taking all of the Islands landmarks. The start and finish is at the iconic Barry Island Promenade. This event is sure to sell quickly so make sure you sign up quickly to secure your starting place. Each competitor will enjoy our usual chip timing, a super cool medal and an awesome goodie bag, including High5 nutrition at the end of this high octane race as well as the chance to win prizes for Female and Open category first, second, third Triathlon Cymru prizes by age group for members and BTF Prizes by age group.
