Event overview

Fall under the spell of ‘The Squirrel’ at the edge of the wild and craggy Dartmoor National Park. Start with a swim at Mount Kelly’s Performance Swim Centre, home to Olympic and Commonwealth Games medallists. Challenge yourself with a ride and run on the immaculate sports fields before finishing in front of Harry Potter style Mount Kelly School. A triathlon experience that will leave you bewitched! Micro Squirrel: Our youngest participants (5-8y) will be unleashed on a fun, non timed duathlon course, the Micro Squirrel. The run-bike-run course in the centre of the event village is guaranteed to have an electric atmosphere, a real highlight for aspiring triathletes!

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
